Special Education

The Enterprise School District provides special education and related services to those students who qualify by the regulations set forth by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act Amendments of 2004 (IDEA '04) and the Mississippi Department of Education. Eligible students are provided a free appropriate public education (FAPE), which means that these students are provided services that:

incur no cost to the parent meet the standards of the State Board of Education include preschool, elementary or secondary school education are provided in conformity with an individualized specialized education plan (IEP). Enterprise School District Public Notice

The Enterprise School District solicits comments regarding the following applications: Title, IDEA and IDEA Preschool applications. Parents and/or interested parties living within the school district wishing to make suggestions or address needs concerning the program mentioned should do so in writing. A public hearing on the proposed budget will be held on June 28, 2024 @ 1:00 p.m. in the boardroom. Written comments should be submitted via email
